Can. Murky peach with a short head. Aroma of salty fruit. Flavour is dry sour fruit, salt on a tart base, long dry fruit finish.

Can on 231 ... 1650 Enterprise to Dun Dealgan, from Craft Central, 24/02/22. Clear golden blonde with a good sized white cap. Nose is grape must, light funk, damp balsa wood, herb, dusty hops. Taste comprises citric sherbets, green berry funk, damp straw, salty kiss, gooseberries, light funk. Medium bodied, prickly carbonation, semi drying close with a noticeable salt lick and modest puckering climax. Decent hop tinged Gose ... obviously doesn't travel well outside Dublin. Would be 3.7 but knocked down for being over carbonated.

Can from BiervanEijk, Frederiksoord. Zesty lime peel aroma with grassy hop and soft wheaty malt. Medium sour and lightly salty flavour. Light to medium body. Not the biggest fan of lime but this is okay. Hoped for more nuances from the hops.
