Primary fermented with their ‘Goat Wizard’ Brettanomyces blend, and brewed with local Scottish barley, wheat and oats. We aged Summer Crusher for 3 months in stainless steel before adding over 80kg of oranges and lemons (70/30) which were zested, pulped and juiced by hand.
We sourced the highest quality citrus fruits, directly from the growers Bio Agrumi Monasteri, who specialise in organic and sustainable cultivation practices. We macerated the beer on the citrus fruit for an additional month during the beers extended conditioning time.

On tap at Brewdog Edinburgh, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out subdued wild yeast, plenty of lemon, and a toxin of oranges. Flavour is very citric, with tons of oranges, lemon peel, and sourness. I wouldn't have guessed there was wild yeast in here if I didn't know. Pleasant citrus sour that drinks more like a summer kettle sour than anything fancy.

Keg @ Bottle & Barrel after a 90 mile ride. Misty gold pour with a small white head. Good tart fruity quencher with light pithy tangents. Not as wild, bretty or sour as perhaps expected but otherwise pretty decent.

Keg at Dynamo, Dundee. It pours every so lightly hazy pale yellow with a small fluffy white head. The aroma is bright, zingy, juicy, tangy, lemon, orangey, tangerine, sherbet, deep musty vibes, deep funk, stanky dankness, spice and oak. The taste is crispy, dry, tart, snappy, spritzy, zingy, loads of orangey citrus, lemon sherbet, tangerine, tangelo, lemon cordial, musty, funky, sherbet, light acidity, kick of alcohol and fizzy candy with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, foamy carbonation. A tasty were number.
