Bottle on the Welsh Highland Railway. Pours clear golden with a thin white head. Aromas of light malt and faint citrus. Taste is light sweet biscuit and more faint citrus. Thin finish.

Bottle from independent in Conwy. A very fresh, quaffable indeed beer that is no doubt saved in bottle form as I imagine in cask it wouldn’t hold its freshness. Its lovely, tingly on the mouth and full of gentle hop flavour. For 3.6% I am hugely impressed. Yummy.

Cask at the Padarn, Llanberis. Pours gold with a small head. Aroma is slightly acrid straw. Taste has straw and grain. Easy to neck.
