But it’s Strongbow’s mastery of extracting these apples’ natural flavours that makes the drink special. After harvesting the ripest apples, they arrive at the mill where they’re washed and crushed. This pulp is pressed to extract pure juice, which is then concentrated and stored with the apples’ natural sugars acting as a preservative. The concentrated apple juice is then fermented and left to mature, allowing smoother flavours to develop. The first taste unveils a symphony of tantalizing apple notes ripened and rich with a hint of fruitiness. It has a medium weight palate with a slight sweet taste.
