Swing-top bottle. Sweet apple peel malt aroma. Hazy golden yellow color with moderate head and effervescence. Sweet malt initially but quickly overwhelmed by bitter vegetal/quinine flavor. Medium body. Not so great.

Bottle, 4.8%. OK malt aroma, a little naturtrüb flavour. Golden colour, small stable white head. Small bits floating around at the bottom. The flavour is a bit sour. Tastes a little off. Fruity sourness, but not so good.

Bottled. A golden beer with protein sediment under a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet and sour with notes of straw, malt, and some lacto acid, leading to a dry citric finish.

Swingtop bottle that gushed a bit. Hazy amber gold color with floaties. Aromas of light caramel and noble hop. Med. minus body and frothy carbonation. Doesn’t look like a pils, but it tastes like one, just a bit yeasty. More interesting than most pilsners. Seems balanced. I like it.
