Single from Whole Paycheck. Mojito lo-ball at home. Reeks heavy of sulfur/farts. It immediately filled the room. Super immature. Even ten minutes later, it's basically mushy fruit, light astringency & farts. Pale gold hazy, quick soda head then still. Cripsy, semi-sweet, pedestrian tart, Honeycrisp-like, not terrible. Ever slight astringency, mild Aspirin & sulfites, medium-low body, light lingering acid. Crushable if the farts ever went away. This brand is always iffy.

Pours clear gold into a shaker. No head. Rum and oak aromas. Dry with sweet apple and nutmeg upfront turning to dry oak-soaked apple skin in the medium length finish.
