PLUTO is a straight-up stout. Its a delightful little dark beer to have in orbit whilst the days are short, and the nights are long. We use a complex grist in this one to bring out some lovely chocolate, dark fruit, and roasty flaves.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from Clapton Craft. Pours black-brown with a creamy, beige head. Light-medium seeet flavour, balanced roast, burnt toasted brown bread, a little cocoa, ash, nips of earth and raisin. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lingering lightly bitter ashy roast finish. Solid.

From tap at Villages Taproom in Deptford 22.04.22. Ebony. Dense and persistent brown head and lacing. Refreshing, and moderate, aroma and taste of roasted barley, dark chocolate and slightly citrusy hops. Waterish and fizzy mouthfeel.
