Draft. Golden beer with a dark cream head. Citrus andlight tart aroma. Tart and lemon flavor with light summer fruit. Medium bodied. Tartness and lemon linger with light summer fruit and light yeast.

Tap at University of Beer in Vacaville, CA. Pours gold with withe hed. Citrus / yeast aroma. Med body. Flavor is citrus / buckwheat / yeast. Dry and bitter. Has a light tartness aspect. Went well with food.
