Everett draught 1/2/23. Lightly hazy, bronze-brass. Small, white head, low retention. Nose is lightly tart with pineapple rind, light-to-moderate hops (citrus, light pine, lots of yellow/stonefruit) and a mix of white bread and cracker from the malt. Crackery malts, a bit scratchy on the palate in concert with the kettle souring. I think last time this series was around these were actual barrel-aged or Brett-fermented beers. Fairly vague in the hop department, though there's nothing flawed here.

Very, very tart for a sour IPA.
