"Weltenburger Kloster Hell", Flasche von Logo, Niederweimar, 25.12.2025. - Blaß hellmalzig mit zarter Biskuitsüße, einem Hauch von fruchtiger Säure und milder, leicht Rhabarber-artiger zitrusfruchtiger Hopfung. Schlank, leicht trocken. Im Abgang sehr mild. - Schlankes, angenehm gehopftes Helles, auf Dauer freilich ein wenig dünn.

0.5l can. Golden body with a white head. Aroma and taste of bready malts, sugar syrup, grains and nice floral hops. Sweet beer but the finish has a bit of bitterness to it. Very nice helles.

0,5 l bottle. Highly subjective analysis cause I’m not drinking this exemplar at the right temperature . I don’t like how the bitterness of the hops and the inherent sweetness interact.Don’t like the finish as well.Worst from Weltenburger Kloster so far.

Bottle drunk at home with Bolognese and avocado. Clear gold, moderate head. Pretty simple flavor with malty sweetness and not quite enough hops. Earthy flavor with mild grain hints. It's alright.

0.5 l bottle from local 'Trink & Spare', best before November 2025. Clear, golden with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, slightly grassy-spicy aroma of grains, some straw and traces of lemon peel. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly grassy-spicy and a bit fruity-floral taste of grains, straw and some lemon peel, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent Helles.

Bottle at Ganz. Pale golden pour, white head. Nose is hay and honey. Taste is hay, light honey, bread and a faint herbal touch. Closes with an abrupt finish, has a light body and soft carbonation.
