Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours a clear gold with moderate sized white head. Aroma of grains, sweetness, bread, hint of citrus. Taste is bready, quite sweet, crisp, grassy with a touch of spice in the finish. Fairly smooth body, moderate carbonation. Well crafted Helles although not particularly memorable.

Bottled from Gabriel - Cheers! Large white foamy head on a clear golden coloured body. Grain & cereal aroma. Medium bodied, soft on the tongue with a foamy back. Sweet malt, berry, stone fruit & grain tastes with a lightly hopped finish. Easy going.

Bottle. Clear pale gold sporting a big bold and beautiful white head. Aroma of grains, spicy and earthy hops. Taste of grains, bread, cracker, minerals and spicy noble hops. Rather strong bitterness for the style. Strong carbonation. Not as full and harmonious as I hoped for but still good.

0,5 l bottle as Kloster Hell from our local Hol´ Ab! market. BB 24.05.2024. Clear golden with a steady nearly two finger white foamy head. Smooth grain and caramel aroma. Taste has also grainy and caramel elements with sweetness, soft but present hop bitterness. Mid carbonated. Nice tasty easy drinker

500ml bottle [simply as Hell]. Clear, yellow-ish, golden colour with small to average, dense, fluffy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, snow white head. Slightly grainy and minimally strawy, pale malty aroma, subtle spiciness. Taste is slightly grainy and strawy, pale malty, subtle sweetness, subtle spiciness, a fruity touch of grape sugar, minimally soapy, hoppy overtones. Watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, dense, soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Homogeneous, a bit cautious - OK.
