Pour is a clear yellow with a small white head. Aroma is a nice dry pils type malt with some grassy hops. Flavor is a little watery. You get some dry malts and hops like in the aroma but nothing to carry this one. Finish is clean but again kinda watery.

Half-litre bottle, $1.50 closeout @ Binny’s. Pours bright yellow with just a bit of haze. Big head of white. Smell is a bit sweet, though. Would have liked some hops instead. Taste makes up for the nose, though, with a nice warming beer. Still a little sweet, but some Noble hop to cut it down a bit. May be a bit old, I’m guessing.

500 mL nottle from Wine Warehouse in Charlottesville, VA. Gusher! Pours a very faintly hazy straw color with a large frothy head. Fair head retention and lacing. Aroma of sweet grains with a bit of toastiness. Some hay and faint grass as well. Initially comes across as cloying but mellows out some. Taste is wort, toasted grains and a bitter minty and grassy finish. Thin bodied and a tad bit watery.
