330ml bottle. Cloudy, dirty, brown colour with average, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, moderately lasting, off-white to beige head. Minimally nutty, malty aroma, slightly fruity, leafy and minimally waxy, hoppy overtones, hints of green apple, unripe hazelnut. Taste is slightly nutty, caramel malty and mildly bitter, leafy, minimally fruity and waxy hoppy, hints of nougat, hazelnut, a touch of green apple (Granny Smith), subtle residual sweetness.
Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
Watery and waxy - underwhelming.

33cl bottle. A dark orange brown beer with a off white head. Aroma of dark caramelized malt, red fruits, resinous hops, pine. Taste of pine needles, resinous hops, dark reddish malt, long bitter finish.

Trübe rötliche Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, hopfig fruchtig mit Karamell und Mandarinen. Mittlere Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

0.33 l bottle from the brewery's web shop, best before September 2023. Hazy, deep reddish amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish, rather fruity-resiny aroma of caramel, lots of pine, orange jam and mango. Gently sweet, fairly malty, moderately bitter, rather resiny and slightly fruity taste of caramel, massive pine, orange jam, leaves, some red fruit, a touch of mango and light nuts, followed by a medium long, quite bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice American red ale, very old school, full-on c-hops.
