Huh? Pilsener? Golden color. Grassy with herbs like "pieterselie", sage and a hint of mint in the aroma. Just a bit of hoppy bitterness in the flavor. Sage, basil, apple, salt and a hint of licorice. Thin to medium bodied. Very nice beer, both herbal and very drinkable. Thanks Dortmunder!

Golden coloured, medium fluffy head; aroma: shy hoppiness, cookies, some musty, mushroomy, cellary notes; watery to light bodied; bready taste, short, harsh bitter finish; absolutely not well rounded......
