Here in Almogaver we have a passion for smokey notes, so, after the porter , we followed the same pathway with this straw pale, light bodied german inspired beer, always fascinating. The high carbonation helps the bready and beech smoked aroma coming out the glass, keeped fresh by the long lasting creamy white head. Balanced, sessionable ends up medium dry.

Bouteille 33cl, partagée avec Carles et Noemie, BB 09/2024.
Dorée/pâle, col épais blanc-cassé.
Arôme sur un bouquet plaisant de fumé avec un agréable effluve malté de caramel, toasté délicat. Un support de houblon noble Saaz confère ce côté floral qui supporte le fumé.
Palais garde une base de Helles avec un fumé délicat qui est en ligne avec les versions de Bamberg. Malt pils avec de belles notes de grillé, pointe de chocolat finement fumé et un retrait léger en amertume sur la fin.

Tap @ Cerveteca Lisboa. Light hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, smoked meat and fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet and light bitter finish. 160718
