Our Bitachera beer is a Hazy IPA flavored with party and fuss. It's name comes from a type of wasp in the region, called “bitache”. If you disturb their honeycomb, you are in fact, stirring the Bitachera.

Thanks omhper! Hazy yellow colour, mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is floral, some fruity, mild herbal and earthy tones to it. Flavour is floral, some fruity, mild herbal, earthy and a bit bittery tones to it. Nice fruity and wooden bitterness in the finish. Nice.

Canned. Hazy straw colour, small head. Generous aroma of papaya, grass and passionfruit.Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Grainy malt, grass, pineapple and papaya. Low bitterness.

A milky hazed yellow ipa with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice classic neipa with sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, light mineral notes, pleasant. On tap at Drunken Dog

Mango, and some orange peel. Hazy yellow pour with good head. Pretty well done for style. Mostly clean finish with a little hop tang. Can.
