Herbal-grassy and minimally fruity, hoppy as well as minimally grainy, pale malty aroma, a touch of nettle, sorrel, whiffs of peach. Taste is minimally grainy and spicy, pale malty with subtle residual sweetness, mildly bitter, slightly herbal-grassy and minimally fruity hoppy, hints of nettle, a touch of peach; lingering, mildly bitter hoppy finish. Oily texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation. Well crafted, mild, balanced, harmonious, excellent mouthfeel, highly drinkable - extraordinary Pils.
