Pours black with a lacing tan head. Aroma: smoked malts, licorice, burnt toffee and coffee beans. Taste: smokdd malts and americano coffee. Roasty palate.

Negra opaca. Bonita espuma beige, consistente y duradera. Aroma no muy marcado. Malta tostada. Perfecta de gas en boca, ligera y oleosa. Rico sabor donde de nuevo prevalece la malta tostada, notas torrefactas y ligero café. No muy intensa pero superbebible.

Draught. More or less black colour with a mediumsized off-white foamy head. Aroma is grainy, some mild toasted tones with mild ashes as well as some grassy tones too. Flavour is toasted, mild ashy tones with some grains, mild grass and some bitterness to it.

(Keg at Oljenkorsi, 20240710)The beer poured black and clear. Its head was medium sized and nearly white. Aroma had molasses, coffee and chocolate. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, molasses, chocolate, coffee and bitterness. Aftertaste had toasted malts, sweetness and bitterness. A bit too sweet brew with good toasty notes.

Tap @ Hops & Dreams, Sevilla. Nice creamy head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are smooth roast malt, coffee, caramel and hops. Nice smooth finish.

Noire, col blanc-cassé épais et tenace
Arôme sur un bouquet malté bien grillé avec un soupçon de caramel, frais finement terreux sur une pointe de chocolat.
Palais sur un caractère allemand, très bien fait - Napar confirm encore, et je le note souvent, la maîtrise dans les styles allemands classiques. Léger caramel, biscuité rappelant la pâte à cookie, ce caramel oscille sur le caramel que je retrouve dans nombre de bières allemandes de type lager. Le houblonné balance le tout avec des notes fraiches mentholées, terreuses et florales.
