Gose, an old German beer style is becoming trendy again, and we also like the slightly sourness and the salt gives it a kick. We used Philly Sour yeast to give it a milky sourness with flavors of red fruits.

Pours unclear blonde. Small white head. Scent is mild, bit citrus. Malty. Taste is sharp, lightly tart, citrus. Tad salty. more lmalty, way less wheat-tasting than I'm used to in a göse.
