Get Back Journals è una Birra artigianale, WILD ALE a fermentazione spontanea con aggiunta di passion fruit.
Il mosto appositamente creato, viene inserito nelle migliori barriques della nostra cantina dove inizia una fermentazione lenta che dura da Ottobre a Febbraio. Dopo la maturazione ed affinamento viene inserito il passion fruit che si fonde al profilo sour e wild donando ulteriore freschezza alla birra artigianale.
Si presenta di color albicocca con una schiuma beige.
Al naso emerge subito l’aroma esotico della maracuja che lascia spazio alle note selvatiche e rurali di erba tagliata, muffa e cantina.
In bocca è scorrevole e facile nonostante la complessità della birra. Il suo corpo medio dona pienezza e struttura alla bevuta; l’acidità e la freschezza del passion fruit completano ed arricchiscono la bevuta.
Get Back Journals è una birra artigianale complessa ma dalla grande beva dove la tradizione delle wild spontanee incontra la modernità delle produzioni attuali ed un gusto contemporaneo.

Tap. Unclear golden-orange color with almost no head. Aroma is passion fruit, leather, solid funk. Taste is passion fruit, leather, tobacco, nice balance. Oily mouthfeel, low carbonation. Nice!

Clear pale orange blond beer, practically no head. Aroma: oh yes, nice brett notes, funky, sourish, very lemony, a bit spicy, touch of wood, very pleasant. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very fruity start, lots and lots of oranges, fruity, a bit lemony, gentle bitterness, nice, very good! Aftertaste: a bit herbal, sourish, lemon juice, nice stuff, clean acidity, complex, dry bitterness, some tannins in the finish.

At Borefts, light hazy clear and a bit intense orange colour, passion fruit, fruit cake, fruit vinegar, empathic fruity bitterness. Goody.
