Tap. Hazy pale golden color with white head. Aroma is rhubarb, spicy, grainy. Taste is the same, nice saison spice, peppery finish. Sparkly carbonation. Solid!

Pretty clear light blond beer, small creamy white head, little stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: very malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, a little fruity, watermelon, Cantaloup melon, a bit fishy. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: lots of lemon notes, gentle bitterness, a bit fruity, some watermelon rind, grassy touch. Aftertaste: a bit resinous, fruity, citrus notes, lactobacillus.
