Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a cloudy dull yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out raw buckwheat and mixed bugs. Flavour is buggy and dry, with a raw buckwheat character, rustic saison yeast, and a hint of oak. Dry, raw, wheaty finish. Good but not particularly complex.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is honey, leathery, yoghurt. Taste is the same, quite some buckwheat spice there. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Alright.
