Dinner Party. Good friends. Good vibes. Good times. A few laughs. We’ve made a handful of good beers with our buddies from Louisville, KY at Atrium. This one is a farmhouse table beer meant to be enjoyed over a good meal. This low-ABV funk bomb was also dry-hopped with Enigma and Eclipse. Funk-funk-funk from house brett followed by Sauv Blanc white wine and mandarin orange notes. Dry-dry-dry with a nice body from wheat with flavours of raspberry, pine, and soft red currant over fresh, toasted bread.

Musty barnyard, lemon, biscuit malt, and hay aroma. Pale yellow with moderate head. Lightly sweet lemon, biscuit malt, moderately bitter Brett, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body.
