clear yellow, small white head. aroma is faint, faint swet malty, faint spicy. very nice mild aroma. flavor is mild, sweetish, smooth, well balanced with bitterness. ends as it tastes, all the way a good bitterness to match.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow to orange with a small white head. Aroma is dry grassy to crisp hoppy. Bitter and mild malty flavoured with a dry grassy note. Bitter and dry finish. Ends dry.

Bottle: Light amber coloured, thin foamy layer (because "ungespundet"), dry malty (with a tinge of honey), cardboardy nose; slightly bitter flavour; dry, malty, slightly bitter finish with a metallic tinge; drinkable, but pretty weak by franconian standards. It’s a pity, that this quite weak beer is served at the beautiful Senftenberg-Keller near Gunzendorf, this place deserves a better brew.............

Malty aroma. Deep orange amber without head and visible carbonation. Taste is balanced very nicely between full and fruity malt a and dry hops. As indicated on the label is the carbonation low due to extensive lagering, but there is still a very pleasant prickle in the back of the throat.
