Champion is an unpasteurised, living beer, matured in the bottle for a fuller, more complex, multi-dimensional, fresher taste. With no artificial carbonation, the only fizz is the natural effervescence created by fermentation.

Golden, slightly hazy colour. Medium, dense head. Hoppy, refreshing nose. Medium bodied. Refreshing, zesty hop-bitterness. A great summer-beer.

Bottled. Golden colour. Citrusy nose. Sweet, soapy and lemony with notes of licorice. Solid but bold maltiness, typical Young's style. Quite interesting.

The aroma is sweet and hoppy with notes of straws and yeast. The color is golden and it has a beutiful head. The flavor is dominated by the yeast, malt, and hops in the beginning. It is brewed on good varieties of both aroma and bitter hops. It ends on a nice grassy bitterness, that turns dry.
