Keg at Peders bar CPH, Arkane TTO, 19/11/22. Hazed golden orange with a just off white head that clears to a swirl. Nose is juicy citric flesh, pine needle, grass, melon, orange pith. Taste comprises grapefruit, grass, pine resin, light dank kiss, papaya, mango. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with dusty hop bitterness. Decent enough DIPA.

473ml can. Hazy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average to huge, frothy, rapidly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Grassy and tropical fruity, hoppy aroma, sweet-ish, wheaty and oaty malty, minimally sugary background, notes of mango, spicy-grassy aspects, rather condensed hop flavours, a touch of woody pineapple and salted lemon. Taste is bitter, grassy and citrusy fruity, slightly tropical fruity hoppy, notes of lemon, some mango, passion fruit, orange peel, a touch of salted lemon, some grassy tartness, sorrel, slightly zesty and minimally mineral bitterness, rather neutral, minimally oaty malty basis. Watery and somehow minimally crumbly texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Condensed and intense, fairly complex, though partly not the most flattering hop flavours - good but not outstanding.

Tap@Arkane Aleworks TTO, Peders, Copenhagen (19/11/2022) - hazed golden orange with a white head. Tropical and citrus fruity with notes of pineapple and grapefruit, cantaloupe, semi sweet malts, medium plus body, piney light bitter hoppy finish. Good stuff.

Tre Dipor från samma USA bryggeri testas på peders. Denna rackare Ja den är bäst!! Va fan avslöja inte resultatet för 😱. Jo denna Nya ängland rackare är fruktigast och har en svag ekighet i sig. Frischören och balansen mellan frukt och beska är bäst i denna av de tre från samma bryggeri .

Can from Chris M: pours yellow haze with white head. Aroma is heavily citrus and mango. Taste is tropical, super juicy, sweet, super low bitterness. Smooth.

Can, courtesy of Chris M. Pours hazy yellow with a fluffy white head. Pineapple, mango, orange juice, little Concord grape, lemon zest. Good body. Excellent.
