The bottle looks simple, but good. The beer in the glass very dark, almost black. Starts intense malty, dry, a bit rusty-earty. Fruity notes of raisins, also some liquorice. Finish not too intense, still fruity-malty, well balanced. Nice!

Bügelverschlußflasche: Clear, chestnut-amber coloured, smaller loose beige head; drier caramelly nose with not hidden hops in the background; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, caramalty base well detectable, light to medium bodied; lingering hops in the aftertaste, sweet caramalty and bitter finish. A robust and spicy Dunkel with well incorporated hops, moreish and very well balanced.............

50 cL bottle. Pours deep maghoni brown with a dense light brown head. Mild roasted and slight straw aroma. Flavour is sweet breadish and mildly roasted malt. A mild blend of this, nothing dominant which keeps the brew at a low flavoural level. Ends with a medium lasting breadish note. Solid

Draft. A deep red beer with a thin lazing brown head. The aroma is sweet and very malty with a slight edge of licorice. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of berres as well as hints of licorice, leading to a dry bitter and roasted finish.
