Taster at Beasts & Brews. Pours a clear, golden color, with a small, white head. The aroma is caramel, mild resin, lemon zest, raw wheat, and coriander. Sweet and a little spicy, with a touch of bitterness. Light, crisp, and effervescent. Very easy, almost weak, but well made.

Pint can - light hazy gold with a moderate lace - nose is honey, pear, white pepper, white grape - flavor is not as sweet as the nose suggests, but is still fairly sweet for the style - some pear, apple, and honey - there is some moderate bitterness and a growing phenolic spiciness that temper that sweetness a bit - soft texture - some banana and clove at times make this drink more like a Hefeweizen - a surprising level of alcohol warmth late - meh.
