Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: glossy burnt orange color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated ever so slightly to leave some light lace
Aroma: pineapple hoppy forward; then some grassy hop tones with lemon peel-like hoppiness; light clean malts
Flavor: moderately blends the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet blend; finishes semi-crisp with the pineapple and lemon peel-like hops
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; some smoothness but also some light hop assertiveness, nice low carb
Overall: pretty nicely done NEIPA I would definitely come back to.

Last of 4 brews from my first tasting of this brewery - Vermont trip 2022. Lightly hazy, golden colour with an orange hue, decent head and lacing. Lemon peel bitter smell with some orange juice and mild oats. The mouthfeel is juicy, wet and light dryness comes in the end. Tart is left on the tongue. The taste shows the citrus zest, giving a nice touch of bitterness. This last one and the dryness do keep on building. Gets really cloudy by the last pour. A nice refreshing citrusy, hazy IPA with enough bitterness-dryness to balance out things.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 29/08/21. Hazed orange with a good sized light egg shell white covering. Nose is ripe tropical fruits, orange zest, light herb, melon, tangerine. Taste comprises bitter orange, pine needle, melon, tangerine, grapefruit, light stoned fruit esters. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with grassy come leafy hop bitterness. Decent enough IPA.

Can from Matt: pours sort of hazy with a white head. Aroma is bland fruitiness and herbal notes. Taste is pretty sweet with a bitter herb aftertaste. This showcases the weakest part of mosaic. Drinkable.
