Reviewed from notes.
Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: glossy copper color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated at a nice pace to leave some light lace
Aroma: wet grains, white pepper, lemon rind, light hay/grassy character, honey, sly earthy/dusty scent
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a dry sweet to dusty grainy and slightly spicy sort of blend; finishes dryly with a peppery sort of hay/grassy vibe
Texture: light to medium bodied, leaning to be a sipper; some smoothness but an ample amount of dryness dusting up the tongue
Overall: nicely done saison I believe I could revisit.

Pours hazy green-tinged yellow into a tulip. White head with medium retention recedes to nothing. Citrus and hay aromas. Soft with lemon and sourdough upfront turning to mild pith and peel before the lasting earthy straw finish.

Draught at Blaze Brewing Co, 12/23/18.
Clear, bright, lemon-golden with a fluffy, white head showing moderate retention.
Nose is very, very FPA. Light cereal, nutty grains, very light white pepper phenol, lemon and hints of honey and cracker. No alcohol or flaw. Very low hops showing a touch of herbal notes and light earthiness.
In the mouth it's light, very dry, malty with high attenuation and moderate carbonation. Lemon, cracker/biscuit and plentiful pepper phenols. Refreshing with light mineral, low bitterness but still crisp from yeast and grain on the finish.

On tap at Oxbow, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy notes, wild yeast and some biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with wild yeast, a touch of funk and light earth. Nicely balanced, with a dry, wild finish. Good stuff.
