Golden color, hazy. Peacharoma and flavor. lacks body, surprisingly. Is sugar added to boost the alcohol?? Probably not, I can’t taste the alcohol. Lacks flavor and aroma, surprisingly bland for a bock. But there’s nothing in this beer that annoys me, so the rating isn’t too low.

Amber colour, sweet-malty aroma. The beer starts nice malty, warming, sweet. The mainpart is full, intense, slightly bitter and bock-typical sweet. For me a bit too sweet. Honey-like. The aftertaste is long, sweet, smooth.
--> nice, but nothing special.

Bottle. Deep golden colour with a white head. Aroma is fruit, malt, caramel. Flavour is fruit, malt, caramel, alcohol. Medium body. Ordinary beer.

Bottle, 7.0%. Dusty aroma. Cloudy light copper colour. Small white head. The flavour is caramelly with a good alcohol aftertaste. A bit sweet, but OK balanced by some alcohol.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is cornish and slight grassy. Bitter, toasted malty and light caramelish. Sweet and malty finish.

Bottled. A dark golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of caramel and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, alcohol, and straw, leading to a dry alcoholic finish.

Bottle. Clear golden with tiny white head. Aroma is malt, caramel and a little toffee. Flavour is malt, caramel, fruit, sweet, little toffee and a little bitter.

Bottle. A clear, dark golden beer with a small, white head. The aroma is malty and sweetish with some fruityness. Sweet, malty flavor with some caramel hints and dried apricots and prunes. Full-bodied and lighlty warming with a lasting finish. Well, not very interesting, but also not very interesting. Too simple in a way. 120218

Bottle @ Fastelavnssmagning 2012, Ulfborg. Pours clear golden with bubbles on top. Heavy alcohol. A bit of bread and grain. Slightly oxidized. Medium bodied. Sweet and warming.
