[ As Perlenbacher Kellerbräu Bier ].Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, cereal, sweet malt, pale malt, grass. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration, pale malt, sweet malt, grain, grass. 330ml bottle, from trade with Kolshtrinker. Many thanks. Pours clear pale gold, white topping. Grainy pale lager malt on the nose. Taste presents a gentle sweet keller malt character, some syrup, grain, distant floral notes. Quite a straightforward kellerbier, harmless enough.

Sampled from bottle @ Borefts queue, Day 2. Almost completely clear pale yellow color, medium sized white head. Smell and taste malts, quite fresh and crisp with a pleasant bitterness. I like it. 7-3-7-3-13.
