At Snallygaster. Poured a slightly hazy yellow color with a big white head. Aroma was light banana, big wheat. Flavor was wheat, banna yeast notes. Very easy drinking.

Canned 7/2/21, drunk 11/3/21. Cloudy tangerine-to-orange-golden with a large, but quickly failing, white head. Lovely citrus, biscuit, cracker and pepper and low on the bubblegum, clove, banana. Very spicy, yet not overwhelmingly phenolic nose that preserves plentiful honey and biscuit-like maltiness. No alcohol or flaw. Soft, malty, and with a strawberry-like character not often seen. Light, juicy citrus, bland, but soft wheat and well-attenuated malts showing very light honey, biscuit and cracker. Just enough banana, clove and bubble gum to assert the style. Lovely stuff, very drinkable. Doesn't have the typical clove-banana buildup of most in the style that makes drinking multiples difficult.

Lime, some banana. Hazy golden pour with decent head. Light touch of tang in the finish. Easy drinking. Tap at Snally.

Class hefe. Nice banana and clove presence. Well done by an American brewery. Americans usually struggle with the style. Thanks NFB! Imagine is of a highway in Philadelphia.
