Bottle pour at Birreria Volo. Pours cloudy dark amber. Aroma has saison funk and berry tartness, some bugs. Flavour has a good punch of wild yeast, a good kick of berries. Good carbonation. A bit on the malty side, but a really solid saison.

Tip Tap draught, 9/14/22. Purple, mostly clear. Small, pinkish head. Juicy, estery, moderately lactic, moderately Brett-like. Soft and still with some residual sweetness amplifying juiciness. Moderate, well-developed, soft lactic notes. Quite well-textured and quite a bit of berry.
