On tap @Churchkey. Full pour. Clear, frothy, pale gold. Semi-sweet beef smoke, half strength. Honey. Semi-sweet grain, light charcoal, bitter steel-earthy hops, lemon & moderate meaty smoke. Finishes off-dry with only some gentle soot & annoying lingering acid. Middling on the rauch scale, better than most else on tap.

Light smoke and some mercury. A little bark. Golden pour with pretty good fluffy head and lacing. Crisp finish with lingering smoke. Tap at Churchkey.
