The third release in our "Field of" brett wit series takes on the bright, citrusy nuance of the prickly pear fruit. The result is a funky little fruit beer with an approachable, wine-like dryness and a delightful, mild funk. First Brewed: May 2022.

On tap at Pilot Project. Pours pinkish. Hibiscus, strawberry, lemon, melon, funk, light barnyard, little clean tartness. Medium body. Excellent.
