Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Troon. Doppelbock inspired lager, brewed with Rabbit Hill Farms grains, and lagered on Brazilian Amburana wood. Layers of cinnamon-sugar dusted oatmeal raisin cookies, date leather, and toasted whole wheat bread dipped in caramel sauce.

On tap at the Grand Delancey. Pours rich brown. Raspberry, oatmeal, cookies, vanilla, sweet almond liqueur, amoretto, cherry juice. Good full body. Outstanding.
