Big Peach is Haze conditioned atop heaps of peach purée and freeze-dried peaches. This treatment concentrates the flavor profile and brings the most potent representation of our favorite stone fruit to the forefront of this offering. Pouring a brilliant hazy yellow in the glass, Big Peach carries notes of overripe stone fruit, fresh summer peaches, orange juice concentrate, and nectarines. It carries a beautiful balance of hop, fruit, and yeast character that is carefully captured and locked into this can.

12/18/21, sorry for the focus on this one team Annie. Huge peach nose upon pouring, I loved it, but the thick bitter hop finish lingers longer than king cobbler.

Canned 12/19/21, drunk 1/7/22. Heavily hazy, bronze-brass. Drab. No head. Kinda candy-ish or table sugar-like initially, with a strong vanilla character coming from who knows where. Honey-like maltiness with a healthy mango-papaya-pine hop backbone. A bit too sweet, with soft, mushy, candy-like sweetness/malt/peach and weird vanilla. But all that being said, it's still good, with tons of hops to help balance. Gets better as it warms with chewy, authentic peach replacing some of the cheaper candy character.

Pours a very hazy, deep orange-peach, with smallish head. Aroma is peach, with citrus and tropical fruit. Flavor is peach, citrus, tropical fruit, and more than a little hoppy bitterness towards the finish. Soft mouthfeel.
