Six is an homage to a period of incredible difficulty and crushing workload for Tree House Brewing Company. To say that we worked around the clock to make it happen would not be an exaggeration. This beer's recipe draws from a period of commissioning, revisiting a notebook that contains almost 100 pages of information as we improved and moved forward. We hope you enjoy this snapshot in time as much as we do.

Canned 10/11/21, drunk 2/18/22. Moderately-to-heavily hazy, peachy-bronze-golden with a small, dense, white head showing moderate retention. Juicy (orange, tangerine, red grapefruit) and supportively malty with cookie, honey and biscuit. Lightly spicy pine and more acidic citrus on the finish with moderately fruity yeast ester lending some levity. No alcohol, flaw or hop twang. In the mouth it's extremely supple, very malty, but well-attenuated. Honey, biscuit and cookie vie against red grapefruit, pine and light mango with moderate acidity lingering. Hints of fruity ester and light vanilla linger on the palate. Juiciness is mild but flavorful.

Can, courtesy of a FB trade. Pours hazy yellow. Grapefruit, lemon, pineapple, custard, light tang in the finish. Good body. Really good.
