GREEN WIZARD is a West Coast IPA brewed with @fourstarfarms Centennial and Cascade. We wanted to brew something a little different from our New England roots, so we created this super balanced, extremely drinkable ripper with some of the freshest hops grown locally. Coming in at 6.66% ABV (in celebration of our 666th batch), and pouring clear and bright with a beautiful copper color, this beer smells like you are walking through a dense northern forest, and tastes like honeycomb, grapefruit pith and the stickiest of the icky

On tap at Widowmaker - Brighton, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has some gentle woody pine, light citrusy tanginess, and dry biscuity malt. Flavour has a lot of citrusy, tangy hops—I guess the Idaho is more prominent here—with gentle pine in the background. Almost tart without being so, more bitter on the finish. Good structure, just not exactly the bulls eye for my preferred hop expression. Solid overall.

Brighton draught, 12/17/24. Clear brass-gold-copper. Small, white head. Sweaty and piney, but not resinous. White bread without caramel. Caramel-laced, let's say, not caramelly or toasty. Good base malt. Sweaty pine and herb. Not exciting but a well-made, tolerable WC.
