We have another lager for you that we are super pumped to share, and one that we have been waiting on for quite a bit. DEADLY GARDENS is a Czech Dark Lager, brewed with a blend of Weyermann Floor Malted Pilsner and a few specialty malts with the goal of pushing max flavor with a simple recipe and hyper attention to process. Similar to our more recent lagers we decocted this, fermented it cold, and spunded it during the tail end of fermentation to build that natural carb. Pouring dark with a beautiful tan head, this beer is incredibly crushable at 5.1% with a ton of body and subtle complexity. We’re getting notes of chocolate and oatmeal cookies. Cold and dark, like a winter in New England.

Draught Small rim over brown, almost black beer. Very striking nose of watercress, bit ashes, different coloured malts. Sweet, nutty, and again with a small smokey touch. Aftertaste with faint liquorice. Light body, but still some fysical bite (chewy would be straining it). Medium carbonation. Pretty decent. Bit ""fruity"" for a lager.

Tap at PBF. Very nice, rather bitter, dry, but not watery. Very nice balance, soft roast, light grassy. Very easy drinking, very good.

Staying with Czech theme. Quite dark pour. Head is smaller and dissipates quickly. Nose cocoa and pumpernickel. Tastes quite the same with touch of licorice and caramel. Smooth. Roasty finish.
