Tap. Clear, pale, still, baby pour. Earthy, mellow wax, leather. Juicy, sweet lychee, tart apple. No texture. Surprised by how fresh it is. Thin, decent to big acid, feel like it's back-sweetened. To be continued.

On tap at the meadery. Pours clear very pale gold. Floral, green capsicum, honey, vanilla, apricot. Medium body. Nice.
