We had our buds over from A.W. Wander and Beer Tree to brew a German style pils. Continuing on our never ending seek for lager perfection, we continuously hopped this in the boil with saaz hops, with a large addition of motueka hops in the whirlpool. Fermented slow and cold, its been conditioning for a month and is ready to go. This is our best pilsner to date

Clear gold fairly dark hued and frothy head. Nose is floral and honey. Tatses of honey, grains, florals, fruit stripes gum. Medium bodied.
