Der obergärige, erfrischende Durstlöscher. Kräftiges Gelb mit gleichmäßeger Trübung. Eventuell auftretende Hefeflocken beweisen die original Flaschengärung. Kräftige Schaumentwicklung infolge eines hohen Kohlensäuregahalts. Leicht bräunliche, sehr stabile Schaumkrone. Im Geruch sehr fruchtig mit deutlichem Bananenaroma und leichter obergäriger Hefe. Im Geschmack ebenfalls sehr fruchtig, hefeblumig, spritzig, prickelnd und belebend durch das gute Mousseux. Wenig bitter und leicht süß, honigartig. Weich und mild im Ausklang.

Trübe gelbe orange Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Hefiger, malziger, getreidiger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich hefig malzig, getreidig, fruchtig mit Gewürznelke, Citrus und Banane. Hohe Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

500ml bottle. Cloudy, dark yellow-ish, golden to amber colour with average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Wheaty malty and yeasty fruity, minimally yeasty spicy aroma, hints of banana, dried banana, a touch of apple. Taste is wheaty malty, yeasty fruity and slightly yeasty spicy, hints of apple, banana, dried banana, pear, a touch of clove, subtle residual sweetness. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Well balanced, subtle sweetness, refreshing - very nice.

Freudenberger Hefe-Weizen, Flasche aus dem Freudenberger Mixpaket vom Biershop Bayern. - Hell goldbraun, trüb; schöner fester Schaum. - In der Nase frische Hefe über aromatischem Weizenmalz mit eleganter Süße, Vanille, gedämpfte weiche Zitrusfrucht. - Antrunk mild hefig-weizenmalzig mit feiner Vanillesüße und gut abgeschmeckter, zart fruchtiger Säure, leicht unreife Banane, Birne. Milder rezent, spritzig. Im Abgang angenehme Zitrusfrucht ohne nennenswerte Herbe. - Süffiges Hefeweizen von elegant fruchtig-süßer Malzigkeit, bei dem die sortentypisch sparsame Hopfung kaum negativ auffällt. (1.8.2019.)

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig, bananig. Geschmack hefig, bananig fruchtig, minimal würzig.

Bottle. Banana, bubblegum, clove and wheat malt aroma. Hazy pale yellow color with giant white head and violent effervescence. Slightly sweet banana/orange, clove and wheat malt flavor. Initially seemed to have a very nice body but got much lighter towards the end.
