Deep brown, tannish moderate head. Long lasting film on surface. Earth, coffee, choco, tropical fruit, pepper, lemon. Light to medium body. Bone dry taste. Resins, earth, coffee & dark choco. Medium plus bitterness. Long finish combining the complex units of flavour. Very good.

Loads of carbonation, too much. Interesting beer, very herbal, plenty of hops. Not my favourite, but definitely interesting.

Hazy, very dark brown beer, off white head. Bitter malt aroma. Flavour is bitter, smoky malt, some tangy fruit and underlying hop. It’s the smokiness that dominates.

Dark brown color with an off-white head, medium lasting and nice lacework. Aroma has hoppy notes with roasted malts. Flavor has a decent bitterness, loight citrusy and some licorice hints. Final is bittery with good duration and some dry mouthfeel.

330ml bottle from Mother Kelly’s. Pours dark brown with a large frothy beige head leaving lacing. Nose of roasted malt, coffee, citrus & pine hoppy. Taste is roasted malty, ash, coffee & earthy, with some woody citrus orange grapefruit and pine resiny hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry tangy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.
