Dark orange brown color. Chunks of yeast floating. Yeasty orange flavor. Sweet apples, some chocolate and caramel. Rather vinous and alcoholic. Chocolate aroma. Likeable beer that resembles Birrebier, luckily without the honey. Not perfectly brewed, like most other St Servattumus beers.

Bottle shared by Thompson @ weekly tasting. Lightly hazy dark orange color, small fair lacing white head. Smell yeasty and sweet. Taste lightly malts, sweet, a touch of herbs or spices. Well what can I say, it could be worse. Average body and carbonation.

Bottle, 8.5%. Aroma of dark malts, fruity and a bit of spice. Muddy dark brown colour. Very small head. The flavour is sweet and roasted. Nicely caramelly. Vinous finish. Tastes better than it looks.
