Tavour: super pale with small head. Aroma is funky and lightly spicy. Aroma is lightly funky. Not really much witbier in this. Basically ok infected beer.

Can. Pours very pale. Grain, lightly tart, quite buttery, floral. Medium body. Not good.

On tap at Rowley, pours a hazy blonde with a tiny white head. Nose brings out farmhouse notes and tart citrus. Flavour is tart and farmhouse-y, with tart citrus, farmhouse notes, and again with the phenolic notes. They must have an issue with their fermentation — the phenols shouldn't be there. The carbonation is high, which is nice, but the phenols are detracting. Not a disaster, but it needs fixing.
