Amber tan with a medium size foamy head that left good lacing. Strong cinnamon, clove and gingerbread. Long finish. Medium body.

Pour is a cloudy orange with a large white head. Aroma is cinnamon and nutmeg. Flavor is more cinnamon and clove with some star anise. I could see how some may not like this but I love a good spiced ale and this fits the bill. Lots of cinnamon and spice but also kind of thin to even things out.

From Beer Drop, best by March 5th 2024.

It pours a clear gold with a finger of foam, plenty of lacing.

The smell is cloves, cinnamon, some citrus.

The taste is wacky. Cloves and cinnamon with some citrus and,to me, there's no harmony in the flavours.

Medium bodied.

Not for me.

12oz can. Oh wow, this is really overspiced. Has some really undesirable flavors, I guess the clove and star anise are the main culprits. I had sort of already given up on Sixpoint and generally avoid their product but figured a Winter Lager was pretty safe. This is really something else. Bad.

Sweet spice nose. Pale & clear. Taste has lots of odd spice, almost biter veggie in nature. Different and difficult yet interesting. Yea, that bitter veggie thing really comes out in an extended rude finish.

On tap at Central NJ Beerfest at Mercer County Park. Bright amber color. Frothy beige head. Big spicy malt aroma is redolent of cinnamon, clove and orange peel. Flavor is more of the same. Added notes of star anise and toasted malt.

Taster at Victory. Pale, clear amber, spotty head. Aroma is winter spice blend, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice. Taste is all savory spice too, not much beer characteristics here. This too
