Just a bit of soapiness in the aroma and a hint of hops. Low on carbon, goes down smoothly. Hints of hops and citrus, but barely noticeable. Full boedied for a lager. Nice session beer to drink in a local pub.

Clear golden coloured body with a thinnish pure white head. Aroma of biscuits, grain, alcohol, pungent toffee and alcohol and a dose of nuts and very little else. Light grainy bite with some toffee, earth, nuts and light apples and a dose of pine noticeable on the end with some softer flavours towards the finish. Aftertaste shows only the grain, light nuts, earth and a dose of caramel, toffee and caster sugar with a touch of biscuits, yeast and some more harsh herbal lager characteristics at the very end. Overall, a pretty standard lager with a big and heavy malt and toffee hit showing bunches of more assertive and slightly astringent and medicinal lager flavours with the yeast, biscuits, grain and nuts all very strong, especially at the end. What starts as an easy drink finishes a lot stronger with only a touch of the sweetness coming through to finish it off. I sampled this I sampled this 50 cL can purchased from the Costco Advent Calendar, purchased from Costco in Arlington (Pentagon City), Virginia on 29-September-2018 for US$59,99/24 pack/days, sampled on the 23rd Day of December, 2018 at my parent's house in Manassas, Virginia.

Bottle: Golden, slowly collapsing average white head; moderate grainy-dusty nose; moderate to robust sweet-bitter flavour, astonishingly medium bodied for a beer of 11° Balling; solid dry grainy finish. A robust thirst quencher, good............

A hazy golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of straw, but also light notes of malt and cardboard. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of cardboard and straw, leading to a dry end.
