Expertly crafted, Restless is rich, traditional, and delicious!

To make it, we combine wheat, a complex assortment of German specialty malts, and noble hops before fermenting it at the hands of a traditional top-fermenting weiss yeast.

Combining the best elements of a traditional Doppelbock and Weissbier, Restless carries rich malt complexity and character with notes of brown bread, molten toffee, dark fruit, and mild yeasty phenols.

Pours murky mahogany with floaties into a Weizen glass. Mocha head with good retention recedes to coat surface. Molasses and cola aromas. Thick with sweet molasses covered raisin brown bread and clove front to back. Lasting spiced hot toffee finish.

Can, courtesy of Matt. Pours dark brown to black. Toffee, raisin, prune, milk chocolate. Medium body. Very nice.

Was hoping for something similar to the Weihenstephan Vitus, though this is more of a Doppelbock style, color, and flavor wise. Figs, chocolate, toffee. It’s good, though not as a weizenbock. Thanks Chris, put in my most cherished glass. 🇧🇷

Can from explosivedog: pours brown with a frothy head. Aroma is rasin, general dark fruitiness, banana, maltiness. Taste is somewhat bitter, malty, fruity. Large.

Pours a dark, amber-leather-coffee color, with mid-sized head. Aroma is malt and dark fruit esters, some banana. Flavor is banana, malt, bread. Mouthfeel is soft and smooth. It's been awhile since I last tasted a weizenbock, but I think this is a pretty good one...

Pours a hazy brown from a can, oddly murky and little head. This seems a bit like a Belgian dark ale insofar as there's a lot of raisin and candi sugar notes in the nose and mouth. Rather sweet, pretty good beer.
